Q. How long are the Virtual Meetings?
Typically you will be asked to attend two 1-hour meetings and one 1.5 hour meeting.

Q. What is the format of the virtual meetings?
The format of the virtual meetings will start as instructional sessions. Key concepts from the self-paced learning will be briefly reviewed. The instructor will then use materials submitted by the participants to facilitate discussions, give examples, and encourage collaboration.

Q.What technology is used for the Virtual Meetings?
WebEx is used for the virtual meetings.

Q. Is there a minimum or maximum group size for the event?
The minimum size is 8 people and the maximum is 16. If your requirements fall outside these limits, please contact Articulus to arrange a customized virtual workshop.

Q. When are the virtual meetings scheduled?
The meetings are scheduled to meet the needs of the group being trained. A typical schedule is 1 hour on Monday, 1 hour on Wednesday, and 1.5 hours on either Thursday or Friday. Most meetings are late morning or early afternoon.

Q.How many days does it take to complete the virtual Corporate Storytelling Workshop?
You will be done in one week. You will spend 9-12 hours working through the materials during the week.

Q.How much time should I dedicate each day?
Each day of the virtual workshop should take 2-4 hours depending on the day and the material being covered. If you work through all of the material, over three days it can take up to 12 hours.

You need to contact Articulus to purchase this service. Articulus will help you set up accounts in the e-Corporate Storytelling system and arrange virtual meetings.

Q.Who should take this workshop?
This workshop is designed for a group of people. There are generally two types of groups we see benefiting from the workshop. First, a group of people that work together. Often times this group can share ideas in the virtual meetings that will help increase the learning and the ability to apply the learning within the group. Second, a diverse group from your company. Our experience shows that people learn well by seeing very different approaches and opinions. Assembling a group of diverse people results in greater learning.

Q.What technology do I need to take the workshop?
In general, a PC, a high speed internet connection, and a telephone. Please see the e-Corporate Storytelling FAQ for specific IT requirements for the self-paced section of the workshop.

Q.What do I have when the workshop is over?
When the workshop is complete you will understand the workings and structure of the Storyboard Process. You will also have electronic versions of the processes and tools used in the workshop (e.g. Articulus Storyboard, Articulus Message Strategy Table, etc.). In addition, you are welcome to print the numerous examples and documents available in the workshop. Finally, your account will be converted to a support account so you will have access to wealth of support information such as white papers, knowledge base articles, and FAQs.
