Virtual Corporate Storytelling Workshop
Do you want to learn as a group and avoid the travel? Virtual Corporate Storytelling is the answer. The Virtual Corporate Storytelling Workshop is a combination of e-Corporate Storytelling and virtual meetings (e.g. WebEx meetings) so learning can occur at your team's pace with meetings that foster collaboration and sharing. This is ideal for people who learn better in a group environment or for groups that wish to share ideas during the training. Use this training as a way to develop individual Corporate Storytelling skills while having a group collaborate on messaging ideas.
Benefits of Virtual Corporate Storytelling

Collaborative
Increase the learning by group participation to share ideas, coach each other, and collaborate. This is particularly important for groups of people who work together in similar roles, but may not be located together.
Forces progress
The virtual meetings force a defined pace to the learning so that no learners can fall behind or fail to complete the workshop.

Why Virtual Corporate Storytelling?
There are a variety of reasons to become a Corporate Storyteller. Some specific reasons that virtual Corporate Storytelling is needed.
People learn together
Over and over again we hear how people learn much better in a group setting. They like to hear how others are applying the ideas, see another person's presentation, or get coaching from a peer. Virtual Corporate Storytelling makes this happen through collaborative learning.
Travel budgets are restricted.
Skill development requires training. Traditional training requires you, a classroom, and an instructor. Given the trends in business travel, these training events are getting less and less common. How to get trained on a restricted travel budget is becoming a corporate challenge.
Workshop Description
The Virtual Corporate Storytelling is a combination of self-paced web-based training intermixed with scheduled virtual meetings. It is designed to deliver the same results as the classroom version of Corporate Storytelling.

Objective
The objective of Virtual Corporate Storytelling is to create compelling and persuasive communicators. Participants learn a process to develop a compelling message that takes complex and/or intangible offerings and makes them real and desirable to the customer. The workshop is focused on how people make decisions and how to construct a message to invoke decisions.
The Virtual Corporate Storytelling Workshop combines e-Corporate Storytelling with virtual meetings to create a collaborative learning environment.

The e-Corporate Storytelling sections will be self-paced, web-based learning. At discrete points in the learning virtual meetings will be held with 10-16 people. The virtual meetings will be facilitated by an Articulus coach who will review key concepts, exercise submissions, and facilitate discussions.
During the workshop you will accomplish two things. First, you will learn a new skill: Corporate Storytelling. With Corporate Storytelling you will be able to repeatedly deliver compelling messages and presentations by following the time-tested process called the Articulus Storyboard. Second, you will focus on creating a message to advocate a solution, idea, or product that you are currently working on. So, when you finish the workshop you will not just know how to build an effective message, you will have built an effective message that can be used immediately.
